If you are not a member but, in the event, that we have your consent, we may use your personal data to make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods or services that may be of interest to you. If you would like to unsubscribe from any emails from us, you can also click on the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of the email.

We do not seek to collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH

We may share your name, home address and other contact details with our third party suppliers.  This data sharing enables us to bring in the right suppliers to deliver the services we supply to you.  We will share your financial information with our third party who meet the requirements of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. This data sharing enables us to process your payments securely in line with the industry acceptable standard. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We will not share your personal information with any other third party.

HOW LONG YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements – we keep your file containing any personal data we have collected from you (save for payment details which are deleted within 35 days after use) for up to 7 years after the date of the relevant order or after you cease to become a member.

To deliver services to you, it is sometimes necessary for us to share your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g.:

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Keeping your personal information secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
